About Me:
I was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula. I grew up on Lake
Michigan and enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities. I love to go fishing, camping, swimming and snowmobiling. When I was in high school I played basketball and was on the track & field team. I also played the clarinet and saxophone in the school band. I was the president of the National Honor Society and worked on the school yearbook committee. I love animals. I have 1 dog and 2 cats. Growing up I had all kinds of animals. Feel free to ask me about them!
I went to Ferris State University to become a pharmacist and ended
up getting my Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Mathematics Education with a minor in General Science. I completed my Master's Degree at Wayne State University in Mathematics Education in April 2015. This will be my 10th full year teaching at Advanced Technology Academy.
